A European hotel chain with 15 properties across 5 countries faced challenges with inconsistent heating performance, high energy costs, and lack of centralized control. Each hotel had different systems, making it difficult to implement standardized efficiency measures.
Our Solution
We developed a custom solution using our HospitalityControl platform that integrated with existing building management systems while adding AI-driven optimization. The solution included occupancy-based controls and centralized management capabilities.
Implementation
The implementation was rolled out in phases, starting with three pilot properties. After validating the results, we expanded to the remaining hotels over a 6-month period. Staff at each location received comprehensive training on the new system.
